Actually, I'd already communicated with the first claims adjuster before this; I guess Benifits Girl gave me her # or adjuster called me outright. At any rate, the first communication was which doctor to go see initially. The adjuster had asked me if Tuscaloosa was too far. I said "Yes"; and adjuster called me back.....
