I've just now hung up from a 3-way call (me, W/C rep, and an imaging place) to set up app't for MRI at 8:00 in the am.
I'm just gonna ask the adjuster (email) the same stuff I asked you. She's very nice/easy to deal with on the phone.

Actually, the W/C rep was a 'scheduling service' hired by the W/C carrier. This was the first instance of the carrier farming something out. I've learned since then that many things are farmed out. I guess it's more cost effective for the carrier.
